There are many types of data. Data Discoveries specialise in consumer contact data of which there are many sources. Choosing the best one is difficult. Data Discoveries simplify this choice by hand picking the best sources of consumer data in the UK. We also have access to business data too.
How we select data
We select data based on the following criteria:
- Reputation of source
- Recency of data
- Uniqueness of data compared to other sources
- Accordance with the Data Protection Act 2003
- Permissions of use
Our suppliers include Royal Mail, Equifax, The DMA, Millennium, and British Telecom. We also licence data from specialist companies. Combined these sources give our clients access to millions of pieces of individual consumer data.
The Masterfiles
The Masterfiles are our unique database of adults (consumers) and businesses in the UK. The Masterfiles are uniquely created by cross-referencing several data sources.

Every project is different which is why our data management software has the most suppression and enhancement files available in the marketplace. We are an independent company which means our customers have access to data from a range of suppliers and not just our own files like some of our competitors.
