Data Discoveries Launch Name & Address Capture Applications Online
Data Discoveries announce the launch of their capture applications online and via an xml web service to assist businesses manage name and address data collected from multiple channels including websites, contact centres and branch networks.
Basixs+ and Verify capture and validate name and/or address information in limited key strokes. e-Verify receives name and address information and corrects it before updating the database.Today businesses operate in a multi-channel world which makes maintaining accurate and valid data difficult. Basixs+, Verify and e-Verify support multiple channels making data management achievable.
Ensuring the data captured from any channel is accurate and valid saves resource and money while improving brand reputation. Using a postcode to address lookup facility also improves the customer's online experience.
All the products use Data Discoveries' Masterfiles which combine Royal Mail's Postcode Address File, Experian's National Canvasse including opt-in electoral roll, National Telephone Database from BT and Market Location Business Data.
