Lloyds Banking Group General Insurance’s Marketing Department approached Data Discoveries to help them with their customer mailings.  Their mailings have to reach the right customers first time and ensure that information is not sent to any customers who have moved house or died.

Also, due to their stringent internal regulations, they could not send any personal data outside their own network, so they couldn’t send their files to a data house to be cleaned.

Data Discoveries' product Enhance met all the needs of Lloyds Banking Group General Insurance.  We were able to provide them with the in-house capability to check their customer records against the most up to date data.

Lloyds Banking Group General Insurance process between one and three million customer records every month so we also had to ensure that running this large number of address matches was fast and accurate.
