Vicky is a database expert, currently working in the finance sector for CapQuest. Vicky’s experience spans the commercial sector and she has worked with a prominent cancer charity. She shares examples of getting the best results for campaigns through data insights and cost-benefit arguments including:
- What constitutes a good campaign versus a bad campaign and examples of creative treatments that have worked.
- Her experience working with data and mailing campaigns in different industries and the different challenges they face, in particular at Chelsea FC and Cancer UK
- How to retain a loyal customer base whilst attracting new customers/donors at the same time
