Vicky is a database expert, currently working in the finance sector for CapQuest. Vicky’s experience spans the commercial sector and she has worked with a prominent cancer charity. She shares examples of getting the best results for campaigns through data insights and cost-benefit arguments including: 

  • What constitutes a good campaign versus a bad campaign and examples of creative treatments that have worked.
  • Her experience working with data and mailing campaigns in different industries and the different challenges they face, in particular at Chelsea FC and Cancer UK 
  • How to retain a loyal customer base whilst attracting new customers/donors at the same time

Sean Moore is a direct mail creative expert.  With over 20 years of experience, he has worked for two of the UK's biggest creative agencies.  Sean has helped to produce award-winning work for a host of clients, including the Army, British Gas, Nissan, the Energy Savings Trust, the Scottish Government and Consumer Focus Scotland.
