He is social media blogger for The Drum marketing magazine and was instrumental in the development of the new website for Poppy Scotland with some excellent results. Julie has worked with numerous private sector and non-profit organisations to help protect their reputation in the face of potential or actual crises. Julie will share some key tips on how a charity can protect its reputation in advance of or during a crisis using traditional and social media.
