Refunds shall be given where Data Discoveries receives written notice within 14 days following activation that the Customer wishes to cancel. Data and use charges may remain payable.

Appropriate refunds shall be given where the Customer identifies continuing inadequacies or defects in the software and, or data and notifies Data Discoveries in writing.
Overcharging
Refunds shall be given where the customer can show with supporting evidence that they have been overcharged.
